I truly love Paychex

What do you like best? I like that Paychex has fully taken over the job of processing payroll as well as submitting reports and returns. They are total professionals and know exactly what needs to be done. They go about doing it with very little input from me. User friendly

What do you like best? I liked that the software was intuitive. Not hard to use at all. There are a lot of different modules to organize your employees into departments, see where how much money is going where, etc. What do you dislike? No way to delete old employees from lists. Used for 9 months now, love it, but has a few quirks

What do you like best? Timekeeping is a breeze. The dashboard is easy to navigate. The products we use all speak to each other within Paychex making Onboarding and Payroll very simple. This is great at keeping your HR compliant. What do you dislike? Some of the report formattings need some work. They are functional, but I'd like them to be a little easier to read in their formatting. (ex. one of my reports has a box around some of the hours but it cuts off halfway through. ...

What do you like best? Using Paycheck Flex provides the ease of setting up general hours/overtime. From there it's always a simple click to process payroll. Worst Payroll Service Ever Experienced

What do you like best? Online Access to reporting. Payroll is processed within 15 minutes of submission. What do you dislike? Time and Attendance information has been wrong since we started with Flex. They are unable to fix any issues and try to blame an imaginary "back up house" . What do you like best? Payroll is the only feature we use currently. I like the overall look and ease of moving around from screen to screen, the ease of entering/changing information. The security is top notch with several levels to log in. I like the ease of switching from client to client. What do you dislike?
