I love the fact that there is a great local support team, the system itself is easy to use and implement and I can access reports online 24/7 whenever I need them which makes my life so much easier! What do you like best? This program is easy to use with minimal training. It makes it easy to keep track of all important in formation regarding your employees. I love that you can give multiple supervisors access but also with specific permissions. They can each manage their own department. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The fact that I can go online and check my pay stub. What do you dislike? My payroll specialist answers all of my questions thoroughly and when it's a question for another department, she personally connects me with the right person (versus just giving me another number to call. I like the 2-step verification security login, the user verification codes, the speed, the dashboard and the ability to run multiple reports directly from the payroll entry screen, check preview.
