Paychex Flex is a very effective tool for managing my payroll.

What do you like best? The Paychex Flex application is easy to use for me. I am able to input data and print the reports I need with ease. Whenever I need help, I'm able to speak with a representative and get help in a timely manner. What do you dislike? I really can not think of any area of the site that I dislike. Incredible customer service, clean, easy-to-navigate online portal

What do you like best? As a full-charge bookkeeper, I have used many payroll services over the years. Paychex has always been simple to use, accurate and efficient. The payroll rep with whom I work is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and personable. What do you dislike? Good for small companies

What do you like best? Our account rep is fantastic. We've been through several since we started with Paychex and Sabrina is the best. She's knowledgeable, helpful, fast, and friendly. It's also really helpful that we can use Paychex for all of our needs - 401k, health insurance brokerage, payroll, time management. What do you dislike? Extremely user friendly

What do you like best? The Dashboard is very easy to navigate around and easy to understand, especially for people like myself that are not knowledgeable about computers. I like that I can change employees information at anytime. My payroll specialist is always on time and returns phone calls. The ease of Paychex Flex.

What do you like best? The best thing about paychex flex is the ease of use and having the quick access to available time off. To be able to calculate my time off and time on so quickly makes my life easy when it comes to collecting my time at my desk. No longer supportive of Paychex brand as a whole

What do you like best? As a payroll service, Paychex does what it is supposed to do. What do you dislike? If I'd continued utilizing their payroll service only, I would probably still be a satisfied customer. Disappointing is an understatement

What do you like best? Our employees receive a paycheck every 2 weeks What do you dislike? There isn't enough time to discuss all of what I dislike about Paychex Flex. The inability to create and/or enter future-dated actions is nothing short of ludicrous. What do you like best? The online payroll system is user friendly and meets expectations. However, the support is just mediocre. What do you dislike? Implementation - implementation of payroll was pretty straight forward. HR was difficult. The implementer seemed to be learning as she went. Contact/Suppport/Help options leave a lot to be desired.

What do you like best? Over all the product is average - 5 out of 10. Entering in time is the best feature, I like that I can resize columns, save different layouts, etc on the time entry screen.
