End User Convenience

What do you like best? I like that all of my tax documentation is created and accessible within the system. Not having to wait on a physical piece of mail to show up in my mailbox at home or for it to be distributed within the office makes things a lot more convenient for me. Simplification and time saver

What do you like best? The convenience of the paychex flex. Its cloud based so we can enter data from our mobile phone or on the computer. The app is super helpful and convenient so information can be entered right away. We can check our payroll or retirement information very quickly and easily. FLEX makes payroll more efficient and accurate

What do you like best? Easy to use and packed with features that make the entire payroll process extremely efficient. The Hiring module makes onboarding much easier and since the employee enters most of the data errors are less likely from the operations side. Many reports available for quick download. I like that I am able to switch back and forth between two companies that I work for all in the same place, makes it easy that it is all there and I don't have to log out and log back in for another company. What do you like best? Paychex appears to be a very secured site which makes me feel comfortable when logging in and out of this service. Within the site, my information such as wage, bank account information, and W2 is easily accessible and easy to find. I use paychex flex for our payroll

What do you like best? I no longer have to pay monthly and quarterly taxes, or the annual W-2s. I figure out the employee hours, fax the sheet in to my payroll specialist, and that's all ! What do you like best? We actually use "Preview" here, not Flex, but I can only assume the upgrade is just as easy to use. I learned how to process payrolls in a couple months, and based solely on this real world example, I would recommend this product to anyone needing a payroll solution.
