What do you like best? I like that the payroll, tax, and PTO information is all in one place, and that each employee is able to have their own access to view their individual balances. When we have questions, it's nice knowing that at the other end of the line is someone familiar with our account - not just another pencil pusher who doesn't know our particular needs! What do you like best? I can call in anytime for any type of payroll question and my payroll specialist always has the correct answer at her fingertips and if she doesn't she always gets back to me. What do you like best? I like the ease of pulling up reports and changing the parameters to customize. The new People experience is easy to work with, although some of the "commands" are not intuitive. Our account manager is great when we have questions or run into trouble. What do you dislike?
