Improvements in progress
What do you like best? It is valuable to have access to deeper data and to be able to make adjustments on our own instead of being totally reliant on an agent. What do you dislike? Many of these features do not seem to be automatic and despite numerous requests for assistance or the adding of these features via the emails received, no action has been taken without me asking our payroll agent specifically. Paychex Flex is very user friendly but the Benefits and HRO portals need improvement
What do you like best? I love the Payroll and People portals. Very easy to access and payroll uploads are swift. What do you dislike? HRO needs alot of improvement and Benefit did not work at all for my company. The Benefit portal was not easy to use by employees. HRO is hard to access for non-admin supervisors. Awesome Experience
What do you like best? Paychex makes everything super easy. Even though I am a small account they go out of there way to make sure I get the best customer service possible and address my needs. What do you dislike? At this point I really do not dislike anything. Paychex has been great in addressing all my needs and feel like I have no complaints at this point! Would recommend to anyone..
What do you like best? Honestly , there's not much I don't like about it. But my absolute favorite thing is the ease of use. It's so user friendly and easy to navigate, even for beginners. What do you dislike? I use the desktop version because the app is often buggy or slow to respond. Also, the time and attendance app is awful. Always has connection errors, and GPS location issues. Paychex is Great!
What do you like best? The best thing about Paychex is the flexibility. We can submit payroll early, we can immediately see what our cash requirements are, and I can reprint pay stubs and W-2s for an employee if need be. Also, I have found the customer service reps to be extremely helpful and responsive. Easy to use once you figure out the system
What do you like best? Everything on the "portal" is easy to find What do you dislike? I dislike that I cannot make changes if I make a mistake after 15 minutes without being charged.
