Great product
What do you like best? I like how flexible it is, less work for upkeep of data. I also love the fact that I can use it online and am not tied to just my office computer. I love Paychex Flex.
What do you like best? Running payroll is easy. I love not having to do all the tax forms, filings, etc. What do you dislike? I am not crazy about the help section. It could be better. Awesome and Amazing!
What do you like best? The Implementation team was very knowledgeable, patient, and enthusiastic. Judy Ferguson, Jasmin, and Aloma are extraordinary. What do you like best? Dashboards are informative and completing routine tasks is easy What do you dislike? We Made A Great Switch
What do you like best? Our payroll specialist is always great. Our HR contact is as well. What do you dislike? The General Ledger group isn't that great. Recommendations to others considering the product If you offer benefits check with them about needing an ERISA bond. I didn't find out until it was tax time. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Paychex doing payroll and Benefits has been great for our small business.

Less stress, more time for REAL business
What do you like best? Not having to think or worry about doing payroll at all-it's completely taken care of for me. Before using Paychex, keeping up with my quarterly estimates and filings was my least favorite part of my job. Now I don't have to worry about it. What do you dislike? Nothing.
