Time Saver
What do you like best? I love that I can customize my reports for varies purposes with ease. I have access to history at my finger tips, without digging through my manual files. The ability to update your employees information is help and again done with ease. What do you dislike? Off the top of my head I cannot think of anything I dislike. Takes the stress out of payroll!
What do you like best? Paychex has made it so easy to have payroll done. Literally takes me less than 5 minutes! What do you dislike? I have had NO problems with their service. Recommendations to others considering the product This service is SO easy and convenient. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Payroll is no longer a burden. I just email in payroll amounts and that's it. Saves me so much time.

What do you like best? Working one on one with my paychex representative is amazing. She is quick to respond to all emails and is very precise with her input. What do you dislike? Pricing for additional help (ie 401k, HR, etc What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reports are at your fingertips. Great service

Great Response time and support
What do you like best? My favorite part about using Paychex is great communication and response to emails. We have "Special Payrolls" routinely where amounts paid to salaried employees fluctuate due to them occasionally being paid by 1099 in replacement of their salary. What do you dislike? Can't think of anything offhand. As with any product, cost is a factor but Paychex seems reasonable. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

What do you like best? i like the online access and that i can get to everything when I'm on the road. What do you dislike? I am unhappy that i can't change my bank account information for fees and draws online. i have to still fax in the information. I have faxed in my info multiple times, had my paychex rep submit the information even on my behalf and still 4 months later our bank account information is not updated to our new accounts. Functional. Does the job just fine
What do you like best? I am able to find everything for payroll that I need. I can find invoices, pay stubs, payroll journal, and cash requirements. What do you dislike? I don't like that I have to toggle between administrator and personal accounts. There are also limited changes I can make to employees accounts (like address change. The PBA side of Paychex Flex is awful. There are decent reports, but nothing is intuitive and it's hard to actually find any answers I'm looking for. ...

What do you like best? I like that I can access the payroll reports for our workmans comp auditors What do you dislike? Gets a bit confusing on the Flex spending reports for personal info Recommendations to others considering the product N/a What business problems are you solving with the product? Easy, Simple, Reliable
What do you like best? Payroll takes me all of about 2-minutes every/other week for my 3 employee company. Whenever I have questions my assigned representative responds promptly and is very helpful. What do you dislike? Sometimes, holidays throw off my schedule which usually means additional fees. This has occurred 2-3 times so far. Recommendations to others considering the product Do it!
