So you are thinking about using a different Payroll company, don't I did.
What do you like best? Hard to say without being to lengthy. Payroll is simple to use and very accurate. Support has been great to make sure we are doing things correctly and in the easiest manner. What do you dislike? After using a different service for awhile I cannot think of anything. Great payroll platform
What do you like best? Paychex Flex has streamlined our payroll process. The screens are easy to personalize making the data entry a breeze. There are lots of reporting tools available as well. The customer service reps are terrific as well - very responsive and helpful! What do you dislike? Sometimes it takes a bit of detective work to find reports I'm looking for - not always intuitive. Works well for my small business
What do you like best? I am especially happy to have my own payroll specialist that knows me and my business. What do you dislike? I do have a hard time logging in since I have both an employee and administrator log in. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Paychex helps me pay my employees accurately, pay workers comp timely and with minimal costs at the end of each quarter.

All in one spot
What do you like best? Employee list is much easier to access and changes can be made at a more rapid pace than before. What do you dislike? Employees not in the same order as the time sheet that is provided by paychex Recommendations to others considering the product Give it a chance. Easy to use and the payroll specialist are always available to help
What do you like best? The price fits our budget and is easy to process each pay period What do you dislike? I really can't think of anything except that we would like to take advantage of the benefits and we are too small of a company to make it worth while to Paychex Recommendations to others considering the product I highly recommend using Paychex for your payroll and benefits. Paychex Flex is user friendly
What do you like best? I like being able to log in and get our payroll reports prior to the reports shipping to me. I am able to confirm the payroll function almost immediately. What do you dislike? I wish there was a bit more training or tutorials available to be able to utilize more of the functions than I currently use. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has streamlined our payroll process.

Paychex Flex makes my job easy.
What do you like best? Navigation using the dashboard is quick and efficient. What do you dislike? My payroll is ready on the web site before I receive an email notification. On busy days, it would be helpful to get immediate notification. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Knowing our payroll is being processed efficiently and correctly gives me peace of mind. The benefit of having full access 24/7 works with my busy schedule.

A very user-friendly experience
What do you like best? It's incredibly easy to submit payroll. With people working behind the scenes, I feel confident every week that my payroll will be processed correctly. What do you dislike? I can't think of anything I dislike about Paychex! What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We used to handle payroll in-house but it became so confusing. Paychex Flex makes it simple!

A good easy-to-use payroll administration system
What do you like best? Reminders to input all necessary payroll info, automated taxes, automated garnishment payments, easy to add and remove employees. What do you dislike? Sometimes is a little glitchy, can be a little bit spendy, sometimes payroll reports don't show up for a while. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It allows us to process payroll without requiring someone with extensive knowledge of payroll law.

Love Paychex
What do you like best? The ease of doing weekly payroll, no problems and fast service. What do you dislike? To this point there is nothing I dislike Recommendations to others considering the product Anyone who is now not using Paychex you should consider it for your company. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? They are helping us possibly find health insurance for our employees.
