Its easy and efficient way
What do you like best? the best I like is that a personal specialist assigned to us so its easy to talk to. Its easy to access reports and compile tax related reports. What do you dislike? Awsome Support for Over 20 Years!
What do you like best? Reliable service and rock solid support when questions or situations arise. They are very helpful when I make a mistake. Quick to find solutions to problems. Very easy to enter payroll in bits and pieces if necessary. What do you dislike? While online payroll processing is efficient and flexible with varying schedules, I do miss the one-on-one long-term relationship with our main payroll processor. Flex is efficient and user friendly
What do you like best? I love the reports, and the easy of having lots of information right on the dash board. I use the love reports to review my payroll because the hires and terminations are right there. What do you dislike? I can't approve employee changes that are made by the employees before it is updated - i.e direct deposit changes by the employee. What business problems are you solving with the product? I mostly like it
What do you like best? Gets the job done. Easy to add employees and make changes to them. I also like the HR online library. Most custom reports are what I need. Payroll always delivered on time the next day. Love having a dedicated person to talk to. What do you dislike? I really miss a spreadsheet format to input hours. What a Great Company to Work With
What do you like best? The fact they my specialist is one of the most punctual people I have ever met. She always calls me on time and treats me as if I am her only client. What do you like best? I like that Flex is seamlessly integrated with the time and attendance system, which makes running payroll a very smooth process. What do you dislike?
