A complete platform for all HR Services
What do you like best? The integration of various services besides just payroll, such as hiring, time card tracking and HR services are all accessible from the same platform What do you dislike? The new layout of payroll entry. More chance for errors and not designed well. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The Hiring module has completed automated our hiring process. We are fully electronic now with no more paper HR folders.

FLEX IS SMOOTH REPORTING
What do you like best? I LIKE THE FLEX ABILITY TO LOOK UP PREVIOUS REPORTS FROM A FEW YEARS BACK AND THIS MAKES AUDITING SO MUCH EASIER ON ME WHEN ASKED FOR 3 YEARS PRIOR'S (RANDOM WEEK AND IT'S ALL RIGHT THERE. What do you like best? Everything about this payroll system is helpful for keeping track and issuing payroll checks. What do you dislike? I do not have any negative comments about Paychex. Great service and company!
What do you like best? Paychex has been a lifesaver by taking over our payroll. They’re fast, efficient, and kind. What do you dislike? I have yet to find anything I dislike using Paychex What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Less time dealing with entering payroll and dealing with payroll taxes. I’ve been able to take more clients

What do you like best? Everything is so easy. I don’t have to make calculations, create a report and deal with government. Numbers are ready, just pass to the accountant. What do you dislike? Practice Manager, calls payroll in weekly
What do you like best? How reliable the info is. I am able to give our benefits dept info they need right away. What do you dislike? nothing, very user friendly. I can access anything I need! What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? if I need something for tax purposes or payroll questions. I can access easily online.

Excellent payroll system
What do you like best? The flex time makes tracking hours simple along with time off requests. 401k integration reporting and editing employees is simple. What do you dislike? Some new features, Like the HR section do not work easily. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking time and vacation and benefits.

What do you like best? From the initial contact with the local representative to the experience when I do payroll, Paychex Flex has been great. When I have questions, my customer service rep is always right there with support or answers. The automatic system is seamless. The reports are always available. It's a great fit for us. Paychex Flex makes Payroll easy!
What do you like best? All of my payroll info is at my fingertips. I can log into Paychex Flex and be able to answer any payroll question I may have. I use Paychex Flex not only for payroll, but also for both Liability and Worker's Comp insurance information. When I need to send Quarterly reports to our Insurance company, I can easily access and download them through Paychex Flex. What do you dislike?
