Payroll that's Breeze
What do you like best? How easy their payroll process is. They are 99.9% accurate on details. What do you dislike? That your staff is awesome and they keep getting promoted and I get a new representative. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? That I don't have to remember to pay payroll tax.

What do you like best? They try to make the process as easy as possible. They always seem willing to help. What do you dislike? Nothing! Great Service and product! Great experience!
What do you like best? I love the fact that i have a dedicated specialist who comes down and speaks to be one on one and if i have questions, i can email her and she responds quickly to my questions. Paychex Flex All in One Place!!!
What do you like best? The thing I like best about Paychex Flex is that everything I need is all on one site. Everything from Payroll, to Reports, to Human Resources, to Time and Attendance and Retirement Services and Health Care. What do you dislike? Really, the only thing that I dislike is that you have a specialist help you get set up in every different aspect and you get to know that person and then you get transferred to your permanent representative. What do you like best? The Wide Range of Employee Options as well as all of the features available. What do you dislike? On the add new employee window, how I have to click forward and the backwards twice to enter the State and Federal Deduction Amounts, It would be easier to have it all on one screen with no back. Paychex user for two different companies
What do you like best? What I like best about Paychex is the personnel and their expertise with payroll, payroll tax, costs, requirements, etc. What do you dislike? There is a constant shuffling of personnel Recommendations to others considering the product Read up on payroll tax requirements. What business problems are you solving with the product?
