Overall I like

What do you like best? Every pay period, the proper tax payments are being taken out and properly filed. I also enjoy the ability to run my payroll when I'm ready. What do you dislike? The costs keep going up... I think there should be better control and understanding about NOT raising the costs on a company with only one person. When a discount rate is put in place, any increase does NOT need to override it or be at a level that negates the discount. Recommendations to others ...

Makes things easier!

What do you like best? That I don't have to worry about running my payroll each month. What do you dislike? I believe there are some extra fees that I can probably eliminate, but have not looked into that yet. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am saving time by outsourcing this.

What do you like best? This system is easy to use- not only as the administrator but for our employees as well. The easy navigation and automatic updates have made adding employees, editing information, and processing payroll less stressful and enjoyable now. What do you like best? I love that your paycheck is displayed in pdf form and the amount is on your dashboard. All the payroll information you need is available and it can be viewed on your phone with an easy to use app. ALL of your check stubs being available is really good too. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Paychex Flex automates so many functions it makes semi-monthly payroll a breeze. What do you dislike? Simpler interface makes it easy to use!

What do you like best? Everything is easy to navigate and information is easy to find. I do not do much with HR, so when I login, I am able to quickly find the information I need, which is very helpful. What do you dislike? Sometimes I have to look around for information, again this is because I don't know much about this type of system. What do you like best? The improvements to the input screens make entering & reviewing payroll data easy. It is user friendly and relatively easy to use. What do you dislike? There seems to be a high turnover in payroll specialists. It seems we get a new one about every 3 months. I’ve lost track of how many we have had.
