Efficiency at it's best!
What do you like best? Payroll is super quick and Paychex is always there if I need them! What do you dislike? Nothing! It's easy to use and hassle free: What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Everything needed for our business and our employees is at our fingertips. So easy to use!

Easy, Knowlegdeable System
What do you like best? I really love how you can print any kind of report you ever need. Everything is simple and easy to use and if you need help, there is always someone available! What do you dislike? I can't really complain about the Paychex System. There is training videos, help videos, you just need to spend some time looking for what you need. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? NONE

Very responsive and helpful customer service
What do you like best? It is quick and easy, the user platform is easy to understand and navigate What do you dislike? The invoice fees are a bit high, especially for small seasonal businesses What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are gaining insight on how to be a better employer.

What do you like best? Paychex Flex gives us the convenience of one log in and able the ability to navigate much easier. What do you like best? Immediate assistance either through email or phone to payroll consultant. The cost to run payroll through Paychex has saved our company money which is the main reason we made the change to Paychex. We are in health care and heath care reporting requirements have increased our expenses and we were looking to decrease costs in other areas. Very Easy to use
What do you like best? As a new business owner I like that Paychex just takes all of the burden and helps me through payroll What do you dislike? I think the easiest thing to pick on is price. I'd be nice if it were cheaper What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Frees my time up for other things around the office!
