Exactly what we need for our business
What do you like best? Alecia is always very helpful and attentive to our constant changes What do you dislike? The 401k service is horrible as well as the HR service. Expanding Paychex Flex is making my life easier
What do you like best? Paychex Flex has employees organized well and easy to access. I change details about them from payroll deductions to direct deposit easily. What do you dislike? The automated payroll setup is great, but I find it slightly harder when I want to modify a payroll run and add or delete employees, or change the time period. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Payroll, plain and simple!

What do you like best? The ease of use and the customer service support is great. I appreciate that any specialist can help instead of just one person. What do you dislike? Friendly and timely service.
What do you like best? You are available to reach when needed. Service has always been quick and they keep me informed. What do you dislike? Nothing I dislike really. I have been able to get assistance whenever I needed. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you like ease of use, this is your company What problems are you solving with the product? New to payroll processing Paychex Flex makes it easy
What do you like best? The program is so user friendly. I can make changes each month for different situations that arise and I can typically figure out how to do it. If I can't, a quick call to customer service and I get an answer right away. What do you dislike? A few unexpected admin charges were added to our monthly invoice when changes to our plan were made. Easiest PR service to use.
What do you like best? The online process is smooth and mostly user friendly. What do you dislike? Some features are hard to get back to for updating. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? PR takes less time to manage, regular reports are time saving as well. The custom report generator is easy to use as well.

Paychex is a great help, they respond to all requests for help or training quickly.
What do you like best? Some of the newer reports are great to see the information in different formats. What do you dislike? Not being able to add an additional deduction to benefits when needed, without having to make an edit under people to the set up of deductions. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The information about turn over rates, has been help fill. We are now working of developing new training to help correct this issue.
