Easy, efficient, and so helpful!
What do you like best? I love to be able to log on to run reports on payroll. There are so many options to analyze and track data over time, whether it is for one employee or many, or for your entire business. I am the kind of person who would rather log on to find it myself than to have to wait for a phone call or email, so this saves me so much time. What do you dislike? I haven't found a downside yet. What do you like best? Their portal/platform is super user friendly. I have never had a single issue, What do you dislike? NO problems at all. Intuitive, easy-to-use system
What do you like best? The ease of quickly finding the HR information I need to do the administrative tasks I need to do. What do you dislike? No complaints, really. My experience with Paychex has been alright
What do you like best? Ease of simply reporting pay to my payroll specialist, without having to do it manually What do you dislike? Customer service is not always great, my payroll specialist isn't always available when I need to speak to her What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Very user friendly and easy to use. Do not have to buy multiple programs to have Paychex work properly. What do you dislike? I liked the old graph once it transferred from the payroll upload. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I just us the time & attendance / payroll.

What do you like best? Online reports. Retirement and 402K changes can be made on line. You can go back and access your old reports. Sometimes helpful if one of your old employee calls and ask for W2 or other statements. What do you dislike? Nothing there to dislike. Simple to use. Only issues is with the web time clock which has certificate issues and disconnects you in between. Recommendations to others considering the product: Ease of use. Paperless. Service satisfaction all depends on who your rep is
What do you like best? Tax pay feature. Legal filings. Reporting What do you dislike? Out of the 3 payroll reps I've had, only one has been "Good" What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Wish that I could enter all of the payroll on my own to alleviate mistakes that happen when the rep is entering.

What do you like best? I love that they try their best to incorporate consumer concerns and requests to the platform. Something is always changing for the better. What do you dislike? Great, speedy service and friendly customer support.
What do you like best? The ease of using their service is great- extremely fast turnaround from customer support on all issues. The online Paychex app center is extremely user friendly for pulling all types of reports. What do you dislike? There aren't any features that I have found to dislike.
