Responsive and easy to use
What do you like best? I like that I can easily use the program. This is especially important for myself having a business that I work in 6 days a week. This makes it very easy to submit payroll when I have the time to. It is also helpful for my accountant to be able to go in and double check things for my taxes as well remotely. What do you dislike? Paychex Flex is the most user friendly system out there.
What do you like best? I love that I can use the app to access Paychex Flex whenever I want What do you dislike? our SUI rate changed and a deposit was made but I had to call to see what it was for. Quick, easy, efficient
What do you like best? The most helpful thing is how easily I can up any information I need What do you dislike? I don't have any dislikes, I haven't had a situation where I'm disappointed while trying to find something. An absolute pleasure!
What do you like best? Working with Paychex is a pleasure. They handle everything which allows me to focus on my business. What do you dislike? Perhaps the cost, although its worth it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have more time to focus on my customers and expand my business because Paychex is handling all of my payroll and 401K paperwork.

User Friendly Paychexflex
What do you like best? We have been using Paychex Flex for the last few years and I have had a great experience in using this program for our payroll. Very easy to use
What do you like best? I like that I can give my accountant access to get the reports he needs and my employees access to get their own information. What do you dislike? Sometimes it says I did not make payroll on time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Saves time by directing employees and accountant to Flex website.

Great product and easy to use
What do you like best? Paychex is very easy to use and the reporting is great. What do you dislike? It would be handy to have real time reports like YTD reports that you can run at any time, not just at quarter/month end. What problems are you solving with the product?
