So Easy to Use

What do you like best? Paychex Flex is so easy to use. I have the app downloaded on my phone and can literally report payroll in 10 seconds. What do you dislike? nothing. It is super easy and saves me time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time. Paychex Flex makes it easy to report payroll.

Awesome

What do you like best? This app lets me view my paycheck 24 hours before actually getting. This helps me plan out bills ahead of time. What do you dislike? Downside is there seems to be a lot of maintenance always being done which makes it unusable anuwhere from 5 hours to 48 hours. Recommendations to others considering the product: Simple, don't waste get it now. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Let's you keep track of hours.

What do you like best? I like how I can view my paychecks from my phone through an app and view my weekly hours. What do you dislike? The system sometimes lags when you are trying to clock in and out which can delay what time you clock in. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is a quicker and simplier way to keep track of work hours and is easy to use. It only takes a few seconds to type your code in to clock in and out.

Horrendous Service

Had the service for approximately 6 months and left because of the totally incompetent customer service.Then the TRUE incompetence began. We used their timeclock hardware. I have repeatedly contacted them to get a return label. They've emailed their own people internally multiple times to get it returned - no action. I continue to be billed.After following all of their rules for leaving their service, my account being closed with limited service, we still are getting billed. I have had to ...

What do you like best? I can add employees myself and easily make changes. What do you dislike? New version of submitting payroll is slow due to autosave and not the easiest layout. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Payroll and employer taxes

Great application and program for small business payroll.

What do you like best? Flexibility, options, automatic calculations, automatic payments to taxes, UI, etc. What do you dislike? As a sole employee corporation, the costs are a little high, and the default setup's for payroll processing continually need updating to move to my businesses standards. The informational mail that comes often does not pertain to me or my company. I have had several phone calls, and emails about a subject even after informing PayChex that the information ...

Saves me time and energy!

What do you like best? Fast and Easy! Let my employees review their paystubs themselves without me having to print and send each one individually. What do you dislike? A separate login from time card module. Employees have two separate log ins. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Each week, I had to save and send out pay stubs to everyone. Since Flex, they can log in and get them themselves.

Simplified, Professional, Reliable

What do you like best? I've been with Paychex for a few years now, and admittedly, I wasn't crazy about it in the beginning.... but in the last year and a half, I have had top-notch account specialists, and that makes all the difference.
