Reliable Team to Complete Payroll and Submit Quarterly Taxes for Small Business
What do you like best? My dedicated payroll specialist calls me as planned for each of my monthly payrolls and is very responsive if I call or email her What do you dislike? There is nothing that I do not like about how paychex works What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Payroll makes my process extremely efficient so I appreciate it since time is always a premium in a small business

Payroll Observations
What do you like best? It is the most user friendly efficient program on the market. What do you dislike? I cannot think of any downfalls at this time. Recommendations to others considering the product: ease of program & great customer servicing What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Since being Paychex customer, we no longer worry about correct reporting to the IRS.

Much needed Time Saver
What do you like best? The efficiency of the system has made it so much easier for us to do everything from onboard to our payroll. What used to take hours, now can be done in less than 1! What do you dislike? The segmented areas of services. You can't just call one phone number for help. What do you like best? I like that they are able to answer my questions or find out the answer. What do you dislike? Change of person associated with my case. Wouldn't Choose Anyone Else!
What do you like best? Ease of use! This service makes processing payroll flawless and leaves us with reassurance that all is being handled correctly. What do you dislike? There is not a single thing that I dislike or would change with Paychex. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We love that everything is tied together and viewable on a portal. I have been with Paychex since before the "portal days, " so having made this change is huge!

Paychex is accurate, easy, and a "no brainer" for my payroll needs!
What do you like best? The staff that I interface with at Paychex are great. They work with me as a partnership. I love the fact that I can have direct deposit to my accounts. What do you dislike? Great Payroll System
What do you like best? Paychex Flex makes it easy for our company to track and find information regarding our paychecks and retirement, including paycheck stubs, 401K status (including a breakdown of our individual investments, tax forms, benefits information, and detailed breakdowns of deductions. PAYCHEX has been amazingly helpful
What do you like best? The personnel at PAYCHEX are wonderful. They are very knowledgeable and are willing to help with any problems or concerns I have had. What do you dislike? We really haven't had any "dislikes" with PAYCHEX. Recommendations to others considering the product: Highly recommend it!
