Good concise payroll system

What do you like best? Ability to log on and change items without having to call in and speak to someone What do you dislike? Online platform is very helpful and user friendly

What do you like best? The reporting and the access to the reports is best thing about the Flex system. Once the employees have accessed a few times it reduced the number of questions received by our payroll department. What do you dislike? I recently received a charge for additional fees, but could not find the invoice. Good, simple payroll system

What do you like best? Very simple. I basically taught myself so it's very easy to navigate. I enter all the information myself and don't rely on the representative as I like to enter payroll when it's convenient to my schedule - rather than convenient for the representative schedule! Paychex Provides Fast & Reliable Payroll Processing

What do you like best? Using Paychex frees up time for other business activities and keeps us compliant w/tax agencies What do you dislike? Some fields are difficult to navigate through/are not entirely intuitive. Easy to use

What do you like best? I like that with Paychex Flex you can find anything you would need off of a paycheck stub all in one place. What do you dislike? I can't think of any major downsides. Maybe that it is sometimes down for upgrades. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My employees can easily look up their own information, so it saves me a great amount of time and hassle looking up basic information.

Using for about a year now

What do you like best? Easy to adjust payroll , able to add 401K benefits for our very small company. What do you dislike? The 401K setup could be easier, but consdering alternative, it was not bad. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Handles all our payroll and benefits. Did not have access to a 401K before we tried Paychex.

What do you like best? The availability of running any report instantaneously ! Review records, and payroll history. Run reports for Audit purpose. What do you dislike? NOTHING, I have never been disappointed by any services. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The benefits are the information compiled at your fingertips!

Informative & Easy To Use

What do you like best? The interface is very user-friendly and the amount of information that is accessible is plentiful. What do you dislike? Some information, like custom reports, may need to be called in. But then you get to talk to a helpful representative. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having quick access to reports and payroll records is great. It’s a time-saving resource.

Very easy to manage hours, time off, etc.

What do you like best? The quick response from our representative. She is very knowledgable and has excellent customer service skills. What do you dislike? It hasn't been easy to receive monthly reports of our payroll.
