What do you like best? Paychex Flex has been a great time saver for running payroll and reports as well as being to expert payroll to Quick books. What do you dislike? I've had some issues, when reviewing before submitting payroll. In more than one occasion it would say that I had smokies without a created check when that wasn't true. New User of Paychex Flex
What do you like best? I need to make frequent changes. The Paychex Flex platform makes it easy for me to make changes, review prior records. What do you dislike? No problems at all implementing the product. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have not had any problems. My Paychex representative was very helpful in walking me through my first time use of the product.

Easy process for small business
What do you like best? iPhone capability, employee access, quick turnaround, ease of use. What do you dislike? Navigating in and out of check info for each employee could be more intuitive, more online instruction access What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Very helpful and quick response and website info is very inclusive and helpful What do you dislike? Web site is somewhat confusing when trying to run custom reports on data over 12 mo old What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Accuracy. Easy to Use Payroll!
What do you like best? The most useful part of Paychex Flex is that I can enter my payroll myself and it is super easy to do any place and at any time of the day. What do you dislike? Some of the downside of Paychex Flex is the reports I wish they were a little more flexible. Paychex Flex is a real Time Saver
What do you like best? Using Paychex Flex is super fast and easy. All the information I need is really easy to access and I can run through updates and changes in the blink of an eye. Super easy to run reports and I can even customize them to give me only what I really need. Makes doing payroll a breeze! What do you dislike? Never been happier with a payroll service
What do you like best? Paychex system for capturing and recording payroll is easy. Staff members are extremely helpful with all questions. What do you dislike? cant say that there is anything to dislike What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Problems that were solved are all reporting is done on time. I am able to focus more attention on growing my business.

Great Service and Options!
What do you like best? They have a great group of employees that answer any question you have, with awesome perks and programs to complement your business. What do you dislike?
