What do you like best? Everytime I have a question or issue I can get it resolved quickly!. What do you dislike? We use it only for payroll and I have no problems with paychex.. Great Service and Options!
What do you like best? They have a great group of employees that answer any question you have, with awesome perks and programs to complement your business. What do you dislike? So far, Paychex has exceeded expectations! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Benefits are employees are easy to add, as well as viewing all reports and employee information on the go.

Never been happier with a payroll service
What do you like best? Paychex system for capturing and recording payroll is easy. Staff members are extremely helpful with all questions. What do you dislike? cant say that there is anything to dislike What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Problems that were solved are all reporting is done on time. I am able to focus more attention on growing my business.

Paychex Flex is a real Time Saver
What do you like best? Using Paychex Flex is super fast and easy. All the information I need is really easy to access and I can run through updates and changes in the blink of an eye. Super easy to run reports and I can even customize them to give me only what I really need. Makes doing payroll a breeze! What do you dislike? Easy to Use Payroll!
What do you like best? The most useful part of Paychex Flex is that I can enter my payroll myself and it is super easy to do any place and at any time of the day. What do you dislike? Paychex Flex is easy to use
What do you like best? Employees find it easy to use and keep track of their account What do you dislike? In the past, they stopped sending reports and it was hard for bookkeeping, but they returned to the email reporting and it's all good again! Easy to use
What do you like best? I like that with Paychex Flex you can find anything you would need off of a paycheck stub all in one place. What do you dislike? I can't think of any major downsides. Maybe that it is sometimes down for upgrades. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My employees can easily look up their own information, so it saves me a great amount of time and hassle looking up basic information.

Using for about a year now
What do you like best? Easy to adjust payroll , able to add 401K benefits for our very small company. What do you dislike? The 401K setup could be easier, but consdering alternative, it was not bad. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Handles all our payroll and benefits. Did not have access to a 401K before we tried Paychex.
