What do you like best? I love that there is a chat section where you can basically text a representative and they can help you walk thru whatever you need help with. They are pretty quick at messaging back and forth, and for someone who doesn't have a lot of time to talk on the phone, I love that I can do other things/ have a conversation with someone else in the room, while trying to get help from paychex at the same time. I love that we have a specific assigned payroll specialist who I can always reach out to if I have an issue and he/she understands our account and can easily provide the help I need. What do you like best? I like the process for setting up new employees. You can quickly access tax information, employment history and bank account information. I also like the check review option.
