What do you like best? Is is very easy to navigate and my account rep Lee Carte is awesome to work with. I like how employees can log on and view their account information. It is nice to have the 401K plan easily accessible. What do you dislike? What do you like best? All-in one solution that enables a multitude of services from one portal. Also having the ability to get help by asking someone is very useful. What do you dislike? Not always easy to set up employees in new locations. It is complex especially if you do not know anything about that state. Worth every penny

What do you like best? I like that my reps at Paychex are always there for me. I have always had great customer service. Mariella and Shelly are always there when I need them. They are very well versed in this jobs and can usually help me within the hour with my questions. The Paychex flex website makes quick work of gathering information in one place. What do you like best? Getting assigned a personal representative. What do you dislike? Occasional errors, where I'm often the one that has to spot them. Recommendations to others considering the product: Makes it very easy to do after-hours work. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Saves me a lot of time.

Easy to log inn and find what I'm looking for, our rep is very helpful when i need support What do you dislike? not a big fan of the new payroll set up, cannot make changes to people info while in payroll entry mode, it locks up What problems are you solving with the product? Paychex a good solution

What do you like best? I have found the Paychex platform and product to be a very good solution for my accounting clients. Employees have access to their payroll info. Reports are customizable and I've been able to get what I need on an ongoing basis for reporting and audits. What do you dislike? There is nothing significant that I dislike. There is a learning curve but I didn't find it difficult and have been able to get help quickly from my Paychex rep. What problems are you solving ...

Friendly and dependable payroll assistance.

What do you like best? My support specialist is very easy to work with, and is great about helping with any questions or different projects we attempt. What do you dislike? The fees have a tendency to increase every so often, without warning unless we are looking for them. User friendly in all the ways that matter

What do you like best? I like that I am able to generate reports on demand. I also enjoy the ease of use when processing payroll. Having a time window of 15 minutes after payroll submission is also very helpful. What do you dislike? Historical data doesn't go back farther then 2 years time. What do you like best? We love having everything at our fingertips. The dashboard is great and easy to navigate, and our employees love the employee portal. What do you dislike? The new healthcare portion of the employer portal is still unhelpful. We need to switch to the classic view if we need any information. What problems are you solving with the product?
