Excellent for small business

What do you like best? The paychex flex website is so easy to use and navigate and basically gives me capabilities to adjust almost anything. What do you dislike? Nothing to complain about at the moment. Communication is great, product, etc. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Expedited the payroll process for the company in many ways and made it a lot easier to get documents when needed.

Sometimes we have difficulty finding the information we need likely because we do use the portal daily but rather as needed. Payroll Service

What do you like best? The personal service from our rep at Paychex Flex has been wonderful. We have a new staff at our organization and she made the transition easy for us. What do you dislike? I haven't really run into anything that I dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We had to change some employees from full time to hourly and then hourly to full time. We were able to make this a smooth transition.

What do you like best? I like that I don't have to enter paper time sheets and everything is so automated. What do you dislike? They are great for payroll and time keeping, but we haven't liked any of their other services such as 401K or health and benefits. The payroll process is simple and easy to repeat once set up. the staff of Paychex is very helpful walking you through all aspects of setting up payroll and processing. very responsive with answers to questions and willing to help complete tasks when needed. What do you like best? Easy to use interface with immediate access to reports and employees. What do you dislike? The historical reports could go back a little farther. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Cuts out forms, calls, and emails giving users the ability to access information immediately.

Paychex Takes Care of All of Our Needs

What do you like best? Paychex Flex is great. I can look at any report at any given time or place. What do you dislike? So far I have not found any part that I dislike What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Paychex Flex saves me time by allowing me to pull reports, look at HR items, get forms needed, and so many other things that make my life so much easier.

What do you like best? Always having someone to reach out should we need immediate assistance. Having a specialist who knows the business and provides excellent service. What do you dislike? When internal promotions or moves mean we lose the Specialist we were assigned and if this happens to frequently.
