Decent for standard company

What do you like best? Helpful and friendly payroll account manager What do you dislike? Rehire workflow and lack of ease in creating customize reports. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We aren't solving any problems with Paychex Flex, but are realizing problems.

What do you like best? The system is great and the support team they have make it worth while What do you dislike? There isn't much to dislike with Paychex Flex. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have utilized Payroll, Time Cards, Human Resources, Benefits, Cobra, and Hiring. It is great to streamline everything and have it in all one place at the touch of a mouse.

Very easy to navigate

What do you like best? I can pull reports for our CPA at a moment's notice. What do you dislike? I have not experienced any problems to date. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to pull all of our financial documents from one website.

What do you like best? Our payroll specialist the efficient and always available when assistance is needed. Paychex is an efficient way for our company to keep track of our labor at each jobsite. What do you like best? How easy it is to us, all your information is on the site as well as employees information you can easily view. What do you dislike? Everything is great! As a small family company, we LOVE Paychex !!

What do you like best? Paychex takes all federal and state tax work out of our hands and does the reports the way that our accountant requests. We could not get as much done as we do without using Paychex. What do you dislike? In thinking, nothing comes to mind. What do you like best? I love that someone else handles all payroll issues, especially the taxes. Everything is done in a timely manner and I have the convenience of calling in the hours or entering them myself online. I got my step-mom's business signed up a few months ago and she's loving it. What do you like best? Paychex Flex is super easy to use, navigate on, and gather information from. Customer service is super helpful and friendly. I like that when I call there is someone there that can help me, even if my person isn't available at that time. I can call in payroll or they call me weekly to take our information.
