Even if I only have a small account, the team still go out of their way to make me feel that I'm a valued customer. They make sure all my issues are solved. Payroll Processing Made Easier

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like the ease of accessing the payroll information as well as the Liability and Workers Comp Insurance data. I can even download the latter information, making it easier to generate and send quarterly reports to the insurance company. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Customizing biweekly reports is quite challenging. I still cannot figure out what to do so I just run the whole report and print the needed ...

Unreliable and difficult to use

Paychex Flex makes my work easier

What do you like best? It is nice to allow the employees to have access to all their financial information at their fingertips. I no longer receive emails from employees that they need a check stub or W2 from me. Also saves in paper as we do not print check stubs anymore at each pay period. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The online interface is helpful. Having my own agent who helps me run payroll every other week is beneficial. What do you dislike?
