Great, super easy to use

What do you like best? The user friendly interface. Able to quickly access reports and employee information when needed. Easy to run payroll as well. I mostly enjoy that you could create and modify your own reports as needed. What do you dislike? The only issue with paychex is that the report guide is a bit confusing when creating a new report. What do you like best? Paychex Flex allows me to easily control all aspects of my payroll from weekly payroll to setting up new employees. What do you dislike? Sometimes navigation is not as obvious and it takes me awhile to figure out how. What do you like best? It is easy to use. I enjoy the format. It is nice to be able to adjust anything for and with my employees without having to jump through hoops. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I appreciate being able to cross-check my payroll reporting and my payroll specialist helps direct me to other relevant reports. What do you dislike? I generally only check a handful of reports, but it seems like you have to go through multiple steps to get to a specific report. From their health benefits to the state of their 401k, to their compensation benefits—everything is consolidated and organized. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We use Paychex in our company and, so far, things are working pretty smoothly. Personally, I haven’t had any trouble getting used to the system.
