What do you like best? Paychex not only does payroll and benefits but has many other plug in applications and other services that have saved our company money. We have added the time and attendance application to help track time off and recently found out paychex offers merchant credit card services that have really saved us on credit card fees. What do you like best? I like the fact that I can do nearly everything myself including updates to employee info, payroll, etc. I also have a great account manager (Melissa Barr) who is very responsive and helps with anything that I can't do by myself. What do you like best? 24-7 online access. We are a small rural parish with four part-time employees. As a volunteer bookkeeper I also have to manage a payroll system. Paychex Flex allows me internet access to employee records and payroll information. I can log in, ensure hours have been reported correctly, and see the pay stubs before they arrive by UPS. Perfect Payroll service for ease of use.

What do you like best? Easy of processing timecards to payroll system each pay period. Also the ability to segregate duties to managers. What do you dislike? Paychex has been a great find.

What do you like best? I recently hired my first employee, and being nervous about pulling out tax contributions correctly and ensuring forms are filed in a timely manner, I was hesitant to move forward for a long time. Excellent system to manage payroll for a small/medium sized company!

What do you like best? Paychex's email update system is very easy to understand and as the business owner it allows me to prepare for payroll as well as year end requirements for me and my employees. What do you dislike? If there is a change to a monthly report, such as a change in the amount of tax being withheld from the monthly payroll, you must reach out to your Paychex representative for an explanation. What do you like best? We have dedicated payroll and benefit specialists that are great at answering big and small questions, helping us to meet deadlines, and being quick to respond.
