What do you like best? Pyachex is pretty simple to use. I love that you have an additional Administrator option so that you may go on and do more than simply look at your pay stub. What do you like best? Paychex offers fantastic imemdiate customer service. If I make a mistake on my payroll, I can call my Payroll specialist and she will correct the mistake or help me fix it myself immediately. What do you like best? Easy to use for input of payroll. Good reports. What do you dislike? It does take a bit to learn how to make 1 time changes. What problems are you solving with the product? I find Paychex payroll easy to use and the technical assocaites knowledgeable and responsive.

What do you like best? Prefilling the payroll fields and when I need to enter the checks myself, all I need to do is identify the people to pay and their fields are automatically entered. What do you dislike? There seem to be a lot of emails about issues I have no interest in or need for. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Being able to manage PTO, weekly hours, and 401k all in one place is a real time-saver for me.
