What do you like best? As a small business owner, I have many responsibilities and Paychex Flex allows me to enter weekly payroll quickly and easily. What do you dislike? When I needed to add a garnishment and associated fees to the system, I was not able to complete the setup on my own, but had to call to get it set up. User Friendly

What do you like best? It is very easy to maneuver the entire site. There are a couple of us that have access and it is very easy for us to have multiple users enter information without confusion. What do you dislike? Occasionally there are questions and a more efficient online Q & A would be better than having to call our help person. Don't get me wrong she's great. The great experience started with our sales rep, and continued through implementation. Everyone was extremely patient and supportive as I was learning the system.
