What do you like best? Like the fact that I can see all of the company's employees on one page and be able to make any adjustments while working on payroll. What do you dislike? There is one aspect of the program that has yet to be corrected and that is; that when I access the link to show tracking of a FedEx shipment, it does not provide any information. Paychex is Great!

What do you like best? The best thing about Paychex is the flexibility. We can submit payroll early, we can immediately see what our cash requirements are, and I can reprint pay stubs and W-2s for an employee if need be. Also, I have found the customer service reps to be extremely helpful and responsive. What do you like best? I can control when the paychecks are run. What do you dislike? Nothing with the service or company at this time. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great service and easy to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? They complete my payroll and also the tax forms that are necessary.

Love Paychex Flex- easy to use

What do you like best? It is very user friendly. the only issue is the new Federal withholdings amounts. But my awesome payroll specialist helped me out & all is good! What do you dislike? The reports can have a male / female monthly report- that would be helpful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No problems- easy access to information.

Still experiencing disconnects for reporting and EEO Data

What do you like best? Ability to house data to be reported by multiple users. On-line platform What do you dislike? Reporting set up. Standards reports don't always fit and custom reporting is not user friendly. To many places to go to reports - Flex, HR, Time, Custom Reports. What do you like best? I like the convenience of being able to just send an email with my hours and have it taken care of. Also the expertise of my account rep was amazing! What do you like best? Paychex flex is really user friendly. The ability to run custom analytics and reports right from my desktop has been an incredible help. Also, the representatives of paychex are always friendly and ready to help. Each time I have had to call, I have had no negative experiences, in the 4 years I have dealt with paychex.
