Easy to use and great customer support

What do you like best? It’s very easy to submit my payroll on my PC or on my mobile device. What do you dislike? It took a few minutes for me to figure out how to maneuver through the reports. The information is all there, but there is a little bit of a learning curve. Recommendations to others considering the product: Take the leap and sign up. I would never do business with ever again

I would never do business with this company ever again. From high pressure sales tactics that are basically just scare tactics to extremely high fees. None of their services are worth what they want to charge they try to pretend that getting out of their services is simple and easy but of course it is not. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Retrieving reports for audit is a breeze in Paychex Flex. Its user-friendly interface makes the experience more optimal. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I didn't like the recent update because it took away the automated recording of pay grades which I found helpful.
