Love Paychex Flex- easy to use

What do you like best? It is very user friendly. the only issue is the new Federal withholdings amounts. But my awesome payroll specialist helped me out & all is good! What do you dislike? The reports can have a male / female monthly report- that would be helpful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No problems- easy access to information.

What do you like best? Reliability, expertise, personal and prompt help. What do you dislike? I have no dislikes, no downsides. I don't have to manage them. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The complications of managing a legally-compliant, accurate and timely payroll process - every time - is no longer a problem. I rely on Paychex, follow a doable process every two weeks, get help each time easily for items I'm not sure ...

Paychex is very user friendly

What do you like best? I am impressed how responsive and helpful customer service is. The website is also extremely user friendly. What do you dislike? There is no prompt or warning when an employee goes over their PTO limit. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are starting a child company to our current and I am working with Paychex Flex to find the best ways to handle that and get the new company started.

What do you like best? The overall interface for creating payrolls is strong and relatively easy to use. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Ability to house data to be reported by multiple users. On-line platform What do you dislike? Reporting set up. Standards reports don't always fit and custom reporting is not user friendly. To many places to go to reports - Flex, HR, Time, Custom Reports. What do you like best? Paychex has just made everything to do with payroll a whole lot easier. My employees have never received their W2's so early! What do you dislike?
