Paychex is very user friendly

What do you like best? I am impressed how responsive and helpful customer service is. The website is also extremely user friendly. What do you dislike? There is no prompt or warning when an employee goes over their PTO limit. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are starting a child company to our current and I am working with Paychex Flex to find the best ways to handle that and get the new company started.

What do you like best? I like the ability to have a customer service rep for our account. She is very attentive and always there for my questions. What do you dislike? We Made A Great Switch

What do you like best? Our payroll specialist is always great to work with. Our new HR person is very helpful. I like the fact that they do all my tax for payroll at the end of the year. What do you dislike? The GL part of Paychex can be a bit challenging. Sometimes the reporting feature can be your best friend and sometimes it can be your worst nightmare. What do you like best? Ease of getting assistance and doing payroll. Always have my questions answered same day. If someone does not know the answer they refer me to the correct person.
