What do you like best? Intuitive system. One stop shopping ... except the Educational module. Always confused on where to find that. What do you dislike? Slow to bring up on my computer. Education or tutorials should be easier to find. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Problems? Procedurally we're paying payroll, tracking deductions, doing comp analysis, monitoring benefits.

Quick and Easy Payroll

What do you like best? Very easy to log in and run payroll anywhere and anytime. What do you dislike? Have not run into any downsides yet, nothing to dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Paychex Flex has saved me time each week running payroll; the time saved each week definitely adds up over time.

The system is kind of easy to use.

What do you like best? The rep. is pretty helpful, the system has more function than the one I use before. What do you dislike? Sometimes the rep. response little slow. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Everything is online and employee can access their W2 and paid stuff.

A good easy-to-use payroll administration system

What do you like best? Reminders to input all necessary payroll info, automated taxes, automated garnishment payments, easy to add and remove employees. What do you dislike? Sometimes is a little glitchy, can be a little bit spendy, sometimes payroll reports don't show up for a while. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It allows us to process payroll without requiring someone with extensive knowledge of payroll law.

Good and Bad

What do you like best? Paychex is usually quick in responding to our emails. What do you dislike? We do not ever talk or email to the same person when contacting paychex. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you are an existing company, make sure Paychex enters your previous payroll so the end of year w-2s are correct and payroll tax amounts our correct. Improvements in progress

What do you like best? It is valuable to have access to deeper data and to be able to make adjustments on our own instead of being totally reliant on an agent. What do you dislike? Many of these features do not seem to be automatic and despite numerous requests for assistance or the adding of these features via the emails received, no action has been taken without me asking our payroll agent specifically. What do you like best? Paychex Flex is very user-friendly. The site is very intuitive. What do you dislike? There is not much that I dislike with Paychex Flex. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Processing payroll takes much less time than with previous systems I have used.

Paychex makes payroll processing easier

What do you like best? Paychex is easy to use and they provide great customer support. Using Paychex is a convenient way to track employees payroll related information. It's very helpful to have a resource to come alongside us and support our needs. What do you dislike? There are time when Paychex Flex doesn't integrate with Time & Attendance, so some information needs to be input into Time & Attendance. Great payroll system, professional team!

What do you like best? I like the simplicity of PaychexFlex, it's user-friendly and because I always need to run reports for audit purposes, the simplicity of retrieving these reports is easy! What do you dislike? The only thing I dislike about Paychexflex is, they got rid of the automated recording of pay grades for every time I enter a new salary. The old version will automatically change the pay grade every time you modify a salary or if you enter a new employee in the system. ...

What do you like best? It easy to use and your rep is usually very helpful, the turnaround rate is also great in case you do need to process a late payroll. What do you dislike? Some reports aren't available online and you have to call to access it. It would be a lot easier if all reports were available to administrator, it would prevent follow-up phone calls with the representatives.
