Great customer service
What do you like best? Customer service both my designated and phone customer service are always great. Polite, quick and if unable to resolve, quick to esculate. What do you dislike? Paychex Flex takes some time to learn, I have done it bit by bit. There are a lot of functions. Sometimes I can not get an answer on the first call and need to call a different department. What do you like best? Great software for tracking employee time. Employees are able to access from their smart phones and view pay stubs and W2’s. What do you dislike? I have not experienced any dislikes. It has far exceeded my needs. Recommendations to others considering the product: Highly recommend this software. Very effective. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have not experienced any problems with Paychex Flex.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Why do I love Paychex? There are four reasons: (1) it's cost-effective; (2) awesome customer service; (3) on-boarding new employees is easy-peasy; and (4) smooth payroll processing! What aspects are problematic or could work better? It currently doesn't have an email notification as a reminder to process payroll fees. I hope it would be an added feature soon. Great HR Management tool!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? This software is user-friendly. It works well and if there's a little issue, customer support is always quick to assist. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The only thing not so user-friendly about this app is extracting data to be used for reporting. It isn't that hard, it just takes time. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Paychex offers hassle-free processing of payrolls, taxes, and other related tasks. It definitely improved our operations. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The health insurance coverage is a bit pricey for small businesses with less than 10 employees like ours. Like the accessibility to an associate if I have an issue or need clarification of reports
What do you like best? As I said below, ease of creating additional reports. I do like the notifications and opportunities to review additional links. What do you dislike? Paychex is a very good solution for small business
What do you like best? No hassles with payroll, reporting, taxes, and other HR headaches. As business owners and operators, we have more than enough things on our plates. What do you dislike? The health coverage should be better. There are options, but since each company is handled individually, our small business with 4-5 employees has no access to larger company medical insurance pricing. We pay too much for coverage. Helped elevate our business
What do you like best? We love having Paychex handle our payroll, it h as been so great for us. It has been so easy to get in contact with Troy, our account representative. He has helped us with any questions that have come up and really been an asset. We not only use Paychex for our timekeeping, but also for payroll, on boarding and basic HR functions.
