We are super happy with Patriot

We are super happy with Patriot. It's affordable, way easy to use and whenever I have questions it is easy to find the answers I need. The chat team is super nice and informative, so it helps when you're trying to multitask. The only thing I would change, you can't run multiple L&I tax codes on one employee on 1 payroll you have to split the codes and runt it twice, while that doesn't cost me anything to do it that way... just not super convenient. Patriot has been very helpful with payroll. It is simple enough to set up and maintain with their system. And their support has always been good whenever needed.

Setting up Payroll was very easy. I had some questions and was able to quickly get them resolved with the Patriot support features. Eventually, I needed to talk to a live person and the representative was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Our business looks forward to a long relationship with Patriot.

Update: changed from 4 stars to 5 stars because they have addressed the QB integration issue! Add bonus points for being very responsive and quick to offer solutions! Very impressive. The software is very easy to navigate and the payroll system makes payroll and timekeeping a simple task for a new business owner. I will no longer have to worry about when/what taxes are due or if I am withholding enough because it is all calculated and done for us at an affordable price. Highly ...
