Ever since the first day of using this…
Ever since the first day of using this service it's been a pleasure to use. If I have a question or problem to solve they help me and even though I can't see the person I feel like there is a smile on their face when they are helping me. As far as using the program it's very easy to use and figure out how to use it.

I was going to do payroll
I was going to do payroll, I was not able to because the message said I needed an ein number, for a state we are not located in. I called in and was able to get help, talked to a live person who was very helpful! Issues solved!

Patriot Payroll Software is easy to use
We have used Patriot Payroll Software since we opened our new business in 2018. They were easy to work with during the setup and have been great every time we had changes to make. It takes just a few minutes each payday to calculate and print all our employee's pay details. As I was not able to get to my computer a few weeks ago, I was able to talk my boss through the whole payroll system!! And he hates computers!!

Better than Intuit
I switched over when Intuit raised their prices. I couldn’t be happier. All my communication has been returned promptly and the question answered or problem solved. When I was missing something on a Federal form and it was past when I could fix it online, they fixed the problem for a nominal fee. Interface is very user friendly.
