The customer service is excellent at Patriot. They answer the phones, online chats are nearly immediate. Even during high volume times, I am always confident that I will reach someone when I need to. When the Rep doesn't have my info on the spot, they always follow up in a timely manner.

Fast and concise
Fast and concise, as always, the support team is able to direct and/or answer questions very quickly. I believe the majority of the time I spent on the phone was the recording and figuring out which option to select.

Very satisfied customer!
I like how there have been many videos and articles available to answer questions along the way as I have been setting up payroll. They have tried to make it as easy and painless as possible and I appreciate that! I had to call to clarify a few items and I was helped by a professional, easy to understand individual after a short wait time. AMAZING!!!

Patriot support staff are always so helpful. I call with a question and if the person doesn’t have the answer they will direct you to the person that can answer it for you. I’m so happy with the company.
