First Class support crew at Patriot Software. They knew their stuff, could always answer my questions and helped us through our payroll implementation. The only delay/hassle was dealing with each of the government entities that had processes we had to go through (this was our first payroll ever!) to get our taxes, unemployment, etc. set up.
