Customer service is very good. Do not have to wait long and they always answer my questions. Wish that had an app but the web is ok on a phone.

EXCELLENT Customer Service EVERY time!
EVERY associate I have ever spoken with was pleasant, kind, helpful, not rushed, eager to assist me. I am brand new to my office role in our church and have A LOT of questions. I have never gotten off the phone with a Patriot associate and been confused or frustrated. I have always finished with the answers I needed and several times found out additional helpful information that I didn't know I needed!!

I compared two other services including…
I compared two other services including one offered by my bank and chose Patriot SW for several reasons. First is the Cost and simplicity of the FULL Service. The price for the same service from their competitors was substantially more. Then second is the startup process which was a breeze. Finally, it is quick and easy to run payroll.
