"Excellent Payroll Service"
What do you like best about Patriot Payroll? It is a very user-friendly software for both our CPA firm and the client. I love how quickly W-2 are available to the client at year-end. The employee and employer portal are also very valuable and a great time saver for our payroll processors.

Great people
Patriot has great people to walk you though any problems you might have. Their accounting software and full service payroll are less expensive than quickbooks online without any payroll features. Very happy.

Great so far
Payroll was easy to set up with direct deposit, employee data and bank accounts. The one phone call I made for questions about setting up a simple IRA went smoothly. My questions were answered immediately. I have not run payroll yet, but if it’s anything like the setup I expect it will be smooth.

Reliable payroll service
Our organization has one employee - so we are not complicated and use basic payroll services. We only access payroll once a month. Patriot Payroll has been easy to work with, files all of our payroll reports, and helps us with our questions. I recommend Patriot Payroll for anyone with similar needs.

using Patriot for 5 years
I have been using Patriot for five years. They have handled my quarterly tax filing and automatic deposits for all my staff. 11 people on the payroll, all done for an excellent price. As a sidenote I get an email reminding me whenever a bank holiday will interfere with my payroll so I can make adjustments. All in all a great experience.
