Absolutely Terrific
When yet another payroll company I was using decided to just raise their rates exponentially without much warning, I needed to find a company that could help me out. Patriot was fantastic. Their fees are very reasonable, and their customer service is wonderful. So glad I switched.

Easy to Use Payroll
I am not the most educated when it comes to payroll, but Patriot made me look like a real pro with our payroll. They made it simple to get on boarded and handled the Fed and state deductible requirements. They also have an easy process to work with 1099 contractor pay outs along with end of year processing. Any time I called or emailed the staff, they responded quickly and with the details easy to follow. Definitely recommend using Patriot for payroll .

Found initial setup went very easy and…
Found initial setup went very easy and was quite organized. We are a Church and the software took care of all of the idiosyncrasies. Pastors are taxed quite differently on housing allowance, but the software did allow for even that, not to mention the SUI & FUTA. We were up and running, including direct deposit within hours. Really glad we heard about Patriot.

I have a small business and Patriot makes it so easy. The software is very user friendly. I like that it is simple to use, non intimidating and easy to navigate. The customer service has been great as well. If you dont know how to do something, they talk you through it with ease.

I get chat response immediately and when I call they walk me through how to generate reports. They website is well organized and easy steps to complete any payroll tasks. Recently I learned that I can even do 1099NEC as well at no extra cost.
