Patriot is Affordable and User Friendly
I've tried other payroll companies (QBs and Paychex) and find Patriot to be the most user friendly and also the most affordable option. Their support staff is easy to get in touch with and handles problems quickly and to my satisfaction. We've been with Patriot for 2 years and have no plans on switching.

pros outweights cons
Pros:Great nice UIExcellent customer serviceGreat pricingCons:Major issue with import to QB. The IIF file created by the system does not have checks, just GJ's, which makes it nearly useless from a bookkeeping point of view.Does not allow to remove the EIN from the pay stub.

Easy, dependable
review and confirm payroll hours, add expense/other payments and run payroll. All reports, paystubs immediately available. Taxes paid and filings made. Spend your time running your business

All the tools you'll need!
What do you like best? Really love how easy to use the Accounting feature is! What do you dislike? Importing bank transactions was tricky but support was able to help and responded within 24 hours. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? How to properly pay myself and my employees. How to keep balanced books for my business.

Great price for peace of mind
What do you like best? The price for the software is very competitive and takes care of all our needs included payroll taxes What do you dislike? I think it was difficult figuring out the payroll tax system but once you understand it has been seamless. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
