My employee had the wrong number for…
My employee had the wrong number for his ss# and I asked if they could change it on the state tax web site they said sure 20 dollars for each quarter I said OK great they still haven't changed it and it's been 4 months. I now have another payroll company

Great Product
What do you like best? As a small business owner payroll was a big pain, but with Patriot Software payroll is so quick and easy now that it has been such a great change. What do you dislike? The only downside I have found so far is that if you need support on the weekends you have a 5 day wait via email or you have to wait till Monday for live help. The best and the best priced payroll…
The best and the best priced payroll service. They know what they're doing even when I don't, they always answer their phone, they always respond to emails immediately and they always answer my questions right away. Add to that an easy way to run payroll from the dashboard, taxes automatically paid, and W2 forms done for you, you can't ask for more. Oh yes. Wait. The price is unbelievably low. All this for one reasonable low price. Thanks Patriot. I'm a customer for life .

Team did not file my taxes several…
Team did not file my taxes several times. Some with other states. I had to pay penalties and then they said they could file but they would charge me more. Horrible service and recommend to go elsewhere. Gave 2 stars because they did good in other areas but not filing taxes is awful!They say their filling is guaranteed, but when you call their customer service it is a different story!

Easy to use but lacks lot of reports and not good for multiple state employees. Customer service is good but they can't help much beyond the software restrictions. Overall their software features should be improved a lot compared to other providers
