Patriot Software has been a good program to use once we got it all set up. The set up process was a bit challenging but now that we have been using it for over a year it's been fairly smooth.

Great service!
While some minor tweaks for state rules have to made over the phone Patriot has always been quick and accurate. I don't worry about my payroll at all.

Patriot gets payroll done at a reasonable price.
I like Patriot Software for running payroll quite a lot. All my filings are handled smoothly. The service keeps improving over time. My biggest complaint is that I have to manually enter the pay period each time instead of having a predefined pay schedule, but it just takes a few seconds. It's quite a bit cheaper and easier than Quicken Payroll.

I haven’t had any tech issues or discrepancies but it would be nice if there was more of a personal touch. Like a phone call once a year for feedback or concerns.

This is a really good system plus their customer service people are very friendly. I've used them for 2 years already and I have never had any issues that had not been resolve at the first try. Give them a try, you'll love them.
