Credit Card Charged but Patreon denied paid membership

Patreon has charged my credit card 1st of every month. But the payment status shows as not processed & hence I did not get the benefits of paid membership for which I had subcribed. Does not contain any payment history settings. Very poor User experience & validation.So I have cancelled my Patreon membership & have to find alternate way to support whomever I want to support.

I was emailed by Magda, a member of the Patreon Trust and Safety Team, in regards to making changes on my account. I'm unsure if the members are giving a template to use but the emails I received were very rude. I was asked if I had any questions which I did. I asked these questions and I never received the answers from Magda who dismissed my concerns. I attempted to ask twice more and 2 months later I still didn't have my questions answered. I've been waiting for almost a month now for my payout from Patreon. I've emailed them relentlessly for days, and although I've explained that the delay is causing financial hardship, there's no urgency to address the situation. In fact, since trying to convey how desperate my situation is, they've responded LESS. Their payment system is woefully inefficient and their customer service is even worse.
