Have been subscribed to a Creator since August. Suddenly, just before Christmas, I lost access to a large amount of her content. I have been emailing with support for 2 weeks now. They have not fixed problem... just keep asking stupider and stupider questions! Funny how they don't have any technical issues when it comes to taking my money😡

Terrible customer service and…
Terrible customer service and platform...Patreon disabled my account after "suspicious activity" and after sending them the requested info, I have yet to receive not only a response but a refund for a membership that they were only too happy to charge me for the same day they disabled my account. I have written to support many times with ZERO response other than the same copy and paste around "suspicious activity"

they'll close your account without warning while not doing it on your competitors who are violating the same terms of service policy. Unfair practice.

Awful site that doesn't work!
If you want to watch it anywhere other than a phone you're out of luck. Buggy, crashes all the time, doesn't let you cast to a TV. Your terrible site is going to lose the creators who use your site money because your site is atrocious!

Patreon allow scammers to prey on others
Patreon allow scammers like the Schooner Midsummer to populate their site and then fleece gullible people into supporting them.

A platform that allows SCAMS
Patreon is the worst platform ever. I suffered a clear SCAM from a "creator" and the assistance says that they don't refund for these kind of issues. Shame on you! If you want to organize an online SCAM there's no more safe place than Patreon!

Small Creators Robbed
I have been paying Patreon for a favorite creator since August. Patreon has no trouble withdrawing my money. It is December and the creator who has a small following has not been paid. The glitch is on their side and all the creator gets is the run around for months now. I asked for a refund. They put it back on the creator who they has no access because of the glitch. Patreon has been awful to me
Patreon has been awful to me. I pay for Nebula. I give real money for value. When a Nebula/YouTube content creator asks for money via Patreon I try to sign up. I get an insulting message claiming I'm dodgy. Patreon is either woefully incompetent or ...what? Screening based on some aspect of the algorithm?

Credit Card Charged but Patreon denied paid membership
Patreon has charged my credit card 1st of every month. But the payment status shows as not processed & hence I did not get the benefits of paid membership for which I had subcribed. Does not contain any payment history settings. Very poor User experience & validation.So I have cancelled my Patreon membership & have to find alternate way to support whomever I want to support.
