I attempted to cancel a recurring subscription that didn't show up in my Patreon memberships, but I was being charged for each month. I provided verification of the charges and customer service would not respond --AT ALL.

What a waste of time Patreon is

What a waste of time. The web site locked me out of my new account before even sending me a confirmation email. The customer support wanted my bank account details and all manner of other things to recover an account that had got no further than entering my email address. I refused like any sane person would. A couple of emails later and I get a message saying that they have decided to "part company" with me and have closed the account. Like, what account? I gave them my email address to ...

Patreon have upset a lot of people by deactivating our Patreon Page that promotes peace and Love. We are waiting to see if they reactivate it now they know.

Update my response to Patreon saying violent content was the reason Although many people complained about them on Trust pilot as well as me. This was my response. “Good Evening, Magda, Thank you for explaining. I will not post any violent content in future and I will remove the content that violated the rules of Patreon. This is an appeal against my page being deactivated and a request to reactivate my account so that I can remove the content that went against Patreon Community ...

Charged me THE DAY BEFORE my billing cycle. I also canceled the day before. I didn't receive my subscription because of the cancelation, and then Patreon refused to refund me. Kept asking me to contact the creator to ask if they'd refund me. "Your situation does not meet our refund policy requirements." .. but every time I ask them to delete my account because this is ridiculous, they keep leading me on in their replies. So done. I had subscribed to a creator for 20 dollars on the 30th of september, patreon then cancelled my subscription on the 3rd of october meaning i lost all benefits, i contacted the creator and he said he did not even receive the 20 dollars i have sent an email to the support team, but i am in shock that a company as big as patreon would be willing to stoop so low as to steal a measley 20 bucks also there costumer service responds really slow to the point where once i do get my money back i ...
