there is not a company that is shittier and has worse customer support than this one, I opened an account in 10 hours closed. I have supplied them with all the relevant information, still closed, no explanation. Adios, I hope they go bust.

No problems with Patreon

I use Patreon regularly to support a number of people and view their output, mainly regular videos via YouTube. Never had any major issues with Patreon. There was the time they were going to change the way they charged but they backed down after the uproar this produced. What do you like best about Patreon? As a creator you can build a connection with supporters. You can set up tiers for monthly support with incentives. It's a very social platform.

I used Patreon to pledge to Travelstagram creator who contacted me via Instagram. Travelstagram turned out to be a fraud. They took money and did not deliver what they promised to me. I tried to resolve this issue with Patreon. I received no support whatsoever. First, I was told that I need to resolve the problem with the creator and Patreon could not help me. When I pressed more I was told that the issue would be investigated after which I never heard back from them. Patreon cannot be trusted.

SCAM!! Zero support from Patreon!

I signed up as a patron to a film maker. There were several tiers of membership with benefits increasing with your pledge. I had already wanted to purchase this creator's polaroids so when the $50 tier included some each month I thought I would do it for a few months to get a nice arrangement. I never recieved a single benefit! I corresponded with the creator who apologized and promised but he never delivered. Patreon will not intervene. One star is even too much for them. Patreon offers a terrible service. They overcharged me significantly, both for a monthly fee that did not apply and for VAT which, they knew, did not apply either. When I contacted them, they reacted with rude messages saying that they never refund anything. This is not only an unprofessional, but a fraudulent service provider.

really bad service!! i did not use patreon as creator and only sponsores there girl with some money creating fashion design . they blocked her without any reason for fraud and i received on my mail message that patron was blocked for FRAUD! BIG SCAM PATREON! i have been known person i was sponsoring for many YEARS as good friend!!! FRAUD WHY because she asked me to sponsor her and repost link to my pages in facebook and vk.com?!
