really bad service!

really bad service!! i did not use patreon as creator and only sponsores there girl with some money creating fashion design . they blocked her without any reason for fraud and i received on my mail message that patron was blocked for FRAUD! BIG SCAM PATREON! i have been known person i was sponsoring for many YEARS as good friend!!! FRAUD WHY because she asked me to sponsor her and repost link to my pages in facebook and vk.com?! THIS IS FRAUD? awful site awful support Minus 100 rating to them !!

The support works very badly, rarely responds, it feels like a robot is sitting there and writing the same thing. Scam company. Very poor support always against users.

Very bad experience. I created second page - decided to change a bit content from fashion design to photography and photoshop/lightroom filters made by me for free. I have 3 years experience doing photoshoots in Russia and UAE. After creating new page it was blocked after 20-30 minutes - i even had no time to add PayPal, any informations, anything. Got my account suspended for 'violating the community guidelines'. Told to bring my account in line with community guidelines to get unsuspended. Only they literally gave no indication what guidelines I had supposedly violated. So how am I supposed to know what they want me to change?
